Within two weeks, concept and schematic design: layouts, massing and plans. Three revision rounds are included.
By the third week, the permit set is submitted through our licensed partner, and our trusted contractors start pricing the same drawings. Approval usually follows in one to two months.

Are you a licensed consultancy?
Meridia is a design studio. Our architects produce the design and the drawing set; authority submissions are made through licensed engineering consultancy partners registered with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees and DDA. You deal with one team throughout.
How do you charge?
A fixed fee per stage, agreed in writing before that stage starts. Your proposal arrives within 48 hours of the call with the full scope and a dated programme, and no stage begins until you approve it.
How long until my villa permit is submitted?
Two to three weeks from approving your proposal, for a typical villa. Authority approval then usually takes one to two months, depending on the authority.
Can you also build it?
We tender your job to our trusted contractors across Dubai. You see each contractor, their past jobs and their price for your project side by side, then pick the best fit, or we recommend one.
I live abroad. Can we do this remotely?
Yes. Reviews run over video, submissions are handled in the UAE under power of attorney, and a 3D walkthrough is available as an add-on.
